After achieving much success and experiencing some disappointment in Tampa, talk show host Motown Maurice has relocated to California. There are many in the Tampa area that hope this move is only temporary. Motown moved to California in September of 2010 to begin "plan B" of his quest to host his own late night talk show. He writes about his quest on his blog: http://motownmaurice.blogspot.com/.
Motown has already managed to party with Chris Brown as an extra in Brown's Yeah 3X video. Motown can be easily spotted sporting his high top fade hair cut. He dances down the street behind Chris Brown on the left hand side of the screen. Try and see how many times Motown can be spotted in Yeah 3X. Check out the video here: http://www.kovideo.net/yeah-3x-video-chris-brown-1186607.html.
Motown Maurice is a young man with a dream that he refuses to give up on. He is determined to become a nationally syndicated late night talk show host. His effort to create jobs and opportunities in Tampa were recognized by many, including Mayor Pam Iorio. Mayor Iorio awarded Motown the key to the city during her appearance on his show - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhHTFBjRitc&feature=related. Motown has interviewed well know individuals such as Dr. Eric Dyson. He has interviewed television legends such as Bern Nadette Stanis, one of the stars of the 70's sitcom Good Times. He has shown that he is able to charm any guest that sits on his interview couch. Realizing that California may be more fertile ground to sow the seed of a new late night talk show, Motown has taken his dream on the road.
Now fans on both coasts can support a young man with great potential. Be on the look out for Motown Maurice on the television screen and even in movies on the big screen; you never know where he'll turn up next. The Motown Maurice Show will be on during late night again soon if Motown has anything to say about it.
